Spirit Level Youth Construction, based in Lambeth provides training programmes in (12) of the most sought-after construction trades, leading to qualifications, apprenticeships and improved employment prospects for BAME young men aged (16–24), who are not currently in any form of education, employment or training (NEETs).

We provide accredited training, apprenticeship, and future employer pathways for (16–24) year olds in Lambeth who are not in education, employment, or training.

As a Trustee, you will help shape the strategic direction of SLYC, ensure we remain accountable to our mission, and champion the young people we serve across Lambeth and beyond.
